Alberto Nin Garaizabal

Alberto Nin is the Head of Southern Europe for Brookfield Real Estate. He has been responsible for building up a portfolio worth over €3.0bn across different asset classes, including Livensa Living, Selenta Hospitality Group and a portfolio of newly built logistic properties. Prior to joining Brookfield in 2016, Alberto had worked at H.I.G. Capital as part of its distressed and real estate investment team and for UBS Investment Bank, where he focused on M&A, equity and debt transactions.
